Description
This fully exposed carpark had an existing coating that was worn and cracked. It was leaking water through to the tenancy below. Cotewell was asked to provide a system that was waterproof, hard wearing, slip resistant and able to be returned to service quickly. We coated this carpark with a 3 coat high build coating (CP40 System) and reinstated the line markings for the carparks. The project was completed in just over 1 week and returned to service 2 days later. This shopping centre now has a coating that will be waterproof, hard wearing and slip resistant for many years to come.
